By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.You agree not to misuse the website or use it for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website if we believe these Terms and Conditions have been breached.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, measurements and prices are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes, screen display differences or handmade elements.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or amend products at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP. Extra Add on charges are displayed at checkout when selected.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available on our website. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if pricing errors occur or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Order Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This constitutes acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel orders prior to dispatch for any reasonable reason, including stock availability or payment issues.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver your goods within 14 working days of you placing your order. Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) are processed the same day.

You are responsible for ensuring access is suitable for delivery. Failed deliveries due to inaccessible premises or you not being available on the booked day will incur a £50 redelivery charge.

Any additional delivery add ons such as room of choice or assembly will incur an extra charge and are shown at checkout. Should you wish to reschedule a delivery slot we require 5 days notice.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty/damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods. Refunds are processed via the same payment method used.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights. Our contact email is info@whisperbeds.co.uk

All content on this website including text, images, logos and designs is the property of WSPR Beds Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

We aim to provide up to date information, however errors can occur. Where this is the case we will inform you and offer you a chance to cancel your order.

We occasionally have discount code promotions. Please be aware these are strictly 1 code per 1 customer use.

17. Warranty

We provide a 1 years warranty with all of our products. Please visit the warranty page to get a copy of your warranty. This is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
