What are your business hours?

Our Business hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. We may contact you over the weekend or outside of these hours via email. Our phone lines operate Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Orders

Can I try before purchasing?

Unfortunately not, we do however offer a free fabric swatch service so you can actually feel the fabric you will be getting your bed in before placing your order. Click here to see the swatches.

How long until I receive my order?

We aim to deliver your bed to you within 14 working days of you placing your order. Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) are processed the same day. Any orders placed over the weekend are processed on Mondays.

I have not received my order

If for any reason you do not receive your order on the specific delivery date we booked you in for, then you must contact us on info@whisperbeds.co.uk

Delivery & Returns

What are your lead times?

We deliver your goods within 14 working days from the date you place your order. Any orders placed before 1pm (GMT) are processed the same day. Any orders placed over the weekends are processed on Mondays.

Is delivery free?

Yes we offer free UK Mainland delivery this excludes anywhere offshore below are areas we do not ship to;

  • Isle of Wight
  • Northern Ireland
  • Republic of Ireland
  • Isle of Man
  • Scottish Islands
  • Channel Islands
  • Isles of Scilly

Delivery add ons are available on most items

  • Assembly service - additional cost added at checkout.
  • Room of choice - additional cost added at checkout.
Can I request a specific delivery date?

Yes most of the time we can book you in for a specific day, please be aware if for any reason delivery fail and you are not in then a redelivery charge of £50 applies. Please be aware we deliver between 8am and 8pm.

Can I return my goods?

Yes we offer a 14 days returns policy, all products must be in original packaging and must be returned back to our warehouse address. You are responsible for returning the items back to us unless they are faulty/damaged/incorrect.

Please use a tracked service to return the goods, we can assist you with this is you are unable to find one.

My goods are faulty/damaged

In the event you receive faulty or damaged goods, then please contact us on info@whisperbeds.co.uk

We will resolve the issue promptly by offering you a replacement or a refund. Should you wish to return at this point then the return cost will be covered by us.

Any damages or faults must be reported within 7 days of delivery, we will require photographic evidence to substantiate any claims.
