Delivery

This page includes all the delivery information for products ordered via our website. By purchasing from us you acknowledge that you have read this information. 

  • Handling time is 2-3 working days (Monday - Friday).
  • Delivery is standard 5-7 working days. This excludes weekends. 
  • The cut-off time for orders is 1pm. Anything ordered after this will not be processed until the next working days. 
  • Free delivery is to the UK mainland only. This excludes certain locations listed below:
  • Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Shetland Islands, Scottish Highlands (Including Inverness, Aberdeenshire). 
  • Certain postcodes may take up to 10 working days to deliver. These are listed below
  • AB, DD, KY, IV, TQ, TA, PL, EX, SO, BH, BN, SA, LD, SY, DT. 
  • Unless specified delivery is to the doorstep only. If you live in a block of flats or an apartment, then this is to your apartment/flat door. 
  • For reasons outside of our control we cannot always give exact timings, this is due to but not limited to, Driver breakdowns, bad weather conditions, and other factors. 
  • When you place your order we aim to email you a delivery date within 48 hours. 
  • If for reasons we are unable to deliver, then we will always communicate to you via email. 
  • Whereby room of choice delivery is selected, then this means the driver will deliver the goods to your chosen room. All care needs to be taken to ensure there is ample room for the driver to manoeuvre inside, and that all floors, freshly painted walls and furniture are out of the way. We will not accept any liability for damage caused whilst the couriers are inside your home. 
  • Whereby assembly is selected then the courier will assemble the bed inside the room of choice as long as it is safe to do so. 
  • All goods must be inspected before the courier leaves your property. Incase of any damages this must be reported to us via email within 24 hours of delivery. We will require photographic proof of damage. 
  • You must ensure your address is correct when ordering, any address changes at a later date may incur an additional charge. 
  • Should you fail to be home on the day of delivery a redelivery charge of £70 will be applicable for redelivery. If your item has not left our warehouse then this will be waived and an alternate slot provided at our discretion. 
  • Bespoke/Custom made and non standard orders may incur a longer delivery timeframe. This will be communicated to you via email. 
  • Whereby custom size (taller) headboards are ordered with beds, then it is your responsibility to correctly measure your clearance space to ensure it will fit. Our couriers/drivers may refuse to take specific pieces upstairs if they feel it may damage the product or your property.
