Refund/Returns policy
We offer a 14-day returns period for every product we sell. This period starts from the day you receive your delivery.
Cancelling Your Order
You have the right to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.
To cancel, please email us via our contact form, including your name and order details.
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In this case, the return process below will apply.
Changing Your Mind After Delivery
If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a 14-day return period beginning on the day of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be fully packaged
- Items must be unused
- Items must be in their original condition
If the mattress packaging or bedding layer has been opened, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
This fee covers hygiene considerations and handling.
Customers are responsible for returning the goods or paying the collection fee if they request a collection.
We will inform you of any applicable collection costs before arranging the return.
Once the items are received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5 to 10 working days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your product carefully before the courier leaves your property.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Notify the courier immediately, where possible.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide photographs of the damage and include your name and order details.
This allows us to investigate the issue swiftly and resolve it for you.
Faulty Items and Warranty
If a fault develops, please contact us to report the issue.
Your item may be covered under a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.
If the issue is covered, we will arrange a repair or replacement depending on the problem.
If the issue is not covered, we will assess the situation and advise you on the next steps.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty:
- mattresses
- mattress toppers
- bedding items
This does not affect your statutory rights.
What if my bed doesn’t fit?
It is your responsibility to ensure you measure your space correctly. Should you order a product that does not fit or you simply do not like it, then please be aware that you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it, you will be responsible for the return cost.
Fabric samples
All photographs of beds featured on our website are taken in a studio environment and lighting can vary. To avoid disappointment, order free fabric samples before placing your order to ensure the perfect fabric and color.
How to Request a Return
To start a return:
- Email our customer support team using the contact form.
- Include your name, contact details and order number.
- Attach photographs if relevant.
- Our team will confirm the next steps and any applicable collection fees.
Once we receive your return, we inspect the items and process your refund promptly.
Refund
Please be aware that refunds are processed in the same method which was used to pay and within 5 to 10 working days.
