How can I contact customer support?

What are your business hours?
Our Business hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. We may contact you over the weekend or outside of these hours via email. Our phone lines close at 5pm Monday - Friday.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are always working to add new payment methods. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Discover and Shop Pay. Please be aware we use secure encrypted payment gateways and never have access to your payment details.
What are your delivery times?
We deliver Monday - Sunday between 8am and 8pm. The courier will contact you with a 4 hour delivery window on the day. Please be aware this is just an approximate time and sometimes deliveries can fall outside of these times. Please see the delivery page for more information.
Can we have a look at the beds before purchasing?
Unfortunately we do not have a physical showroom. We do however offer free fabric samples to help you decide on the color and material texture. Rest assured all beds are covered with an extensive 1 year manufacturers warranty should anything go wrong.
